Anne Harrington

As the former Deputy Administrator for Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation at the U.S. Department of Energy and Director of the U.S. National Academies' Committee on International Security, Anne boasts over three decades of expertise in nuclear security, threat reduction and nonproliferation.  

Anne is an internationally recognised authority on  nonproliferation who has written extensively on nuclear threats including being published in  the "Encyclopaedia of Bioterrorism Defense" and is in demand as a speaker on her areas of expertise. Anne's distinguished contribution has led to her receipt of the European Commission Gold Leadership Award in 2017 and the US Secretary of Energy’s Distinguished Service Award for their visionary leadership in global nuclear security.
